Develop and close retrofit project opportunities in assigned territories.
Leverage industry relationships to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
Conduct site visits, assessments, and presentations to support sales.
Finalize proposals, resolve client issues, and maintain service agreements.
Track progress using BuildOps and develop territory marketing plans.
Stay current on HVAC service trends to position solutions effectively.
5–7 years of experience in mechanical services sales.
Proven success in retrofit project sales and service/maintenance sales.
Strong relationships in industrial and/or medical markets.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and sales methodologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in field environments at multiple customer sites daily.
