Lead Plumber – Position Summary
We are a startup plumbing company looking for a Lead Plumber ready to grow with us. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just a job — someone who’s motivated by leadership opportunities and long-term growth.

Role Overview
The Lead Plumber will perform and oversee residential plumbing service work, help develop company standards, and support the onboarding and training of new staff as the team expands. While this role leads day-to-day field operations, ultimate code compliance and oversight remain with the Responsible Master Plumber.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $25/hr

• Commission: 18% of weekly revenue above $5,500

• Introductory Period: $38.50/hr guaranteed 40 hrs/wk (first 90 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service work to high technical and customer standards

• Lead field operations and set the example for professionalism and jobsite conduct

• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff

• Provide input on processes, tools, and field operations

Qualifications

• Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumber license in good standing

• Strong residential plumbing background

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work full-time in a startup environment

Growth Path
This role is designed to grow into an Operations Manager position as the business expands, with additional leadership responsibilities and a performance-based bonus structure.
