As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll perform expert residential plumbing repair and replacement, delivering exceptional customer service while building trust with every job. Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for service calls.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

• Tackle service calls efficiently, working independently or collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber license (required).

• 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing.

• Valid driver’s license and clean background check.

• Passion for customer service, teamwork, and quality work.

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and pride in craftsmanship.

Compensation

• Total estimated compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ per year.

• Base pay: $42–$60/hr plus performance-based bonuses.
