Carwash Field Service Maintenance Technician
Location: Field-based (Houston area with regular local travel and some overnight stays)
Compensation: Pay: $30–$40 per hour (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and mechanically inclined Field Service Maintenance Technician to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, hands-on role working with some of the most advanced equipment in the carwash industry.
Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude, maintenance or construction experience, and a self-starter mindset. Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and construction-related tasks on carwash systems and site infrastructure
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to maintain optimal system performance
Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed, including photos, video, and inventory logs
Work independently or in teams under both routine and urgent conditions, indoors and outdoors
Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
Support additional site service and care duties as needed
Preferred: 5+ years of experience maintaining carwash or similar industrial equipment
Hands-on experience with:
Electrical wiring and industrial electrical systems
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Plumbing and water systems
High-pressure and vacuum pumps
Experience using a variety of tools; welding skills are a plus
Ability to set and meet project goals, prioritize tasks, and follow technical procedures
Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
Capable of working independently in fast-paced environments and solving issues quickly
Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and overnight travel (up to 25%)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete a DOT physical
Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Frequent bending, squatting, ladder climbing, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Manual dexterity to operate tools and control systems
Adequate vision for detailed, close-up inspection and work
