Now Hiring: Master Plumber Manager
Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN Metro Area
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000/year + Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee plumbing operations across residential, commercial, service, drain, and remodel projects

• Lead and mentor field technicians to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction

• Review, interpret, and enforce plumbing codes and standards across job sites

• Work closely with ownership and upper management to shape the future direction of the company

• Support project planning, estimating, and scheduling with a strong understanding of system design

• Serve as a subject matter expert in advanced plumbing techniques and problem-solving

• Conduct field inspections and troubleshoot complex installations or repairs

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements in Minneapolis and St. Paul

Qualifications:

• Master Plumber License with city endorsements for Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN

• Minimum of 7+ years of plumbing experience across residential, commercial, service, and remodel

• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and system design

• Proven problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience (managerial background preferred)

• Strong mathematical skills and business acumen

• Excellent communication and team-building abilities

• Valid driver’s license
