What You'll Do:

As our Lead Plumber, you’ll be a key player — leading operations in the field, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional service quality.

• Oversee day-to-day plumbing operations and maintain revenue goals

• Provide training, coaching, and support to team members

• Use Straight Forward Pricing and complete all required documentation accurately

• Maintain clean workspaces and a respectful presence in clients’ homes

• Fully test all repairs and installations before leaving a job site

• Communicate clearly with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction

• Promote safety both on the job and behind the wheel

What You Bring:

• Senior-level plumbing experience with leadership capabilities

• Current plumbing license and required certifications for the state of Texas

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication, professionalism, and customer service skills

• A positive attitude and a drive to grow
