Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Buford, Georgia
Compensation: Base Salary of $50,000 + Commission
3% commission on company-provided leads
5% commission on self-generated leads
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for selling glass, metal framework, hardware products, and installation services to both commercial and residential clients. In this role, you will contribute to building the client base, increasing revenue, and upholding company standards in quality and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is goal-driven, customer-focused, and has a proven ability to generate leads and close sales. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide reliable and high-quality customer support throughout the sales process
Educate customers on glass products, components, and functionality
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and installations
Monitor and manage the progress of active work orders to ensure customer expectations are met
Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation in a timely manner
Support scheduling, project tracking, and customer updates across departments
Manage daily reporting and communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams
Handle incoming calls from prospective and current customers, following established sales processes
Engage in relationship building through networking, cold calling, canvassing, and in-person meetings
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or commercial sales
Working knowledge of CRM software
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Positive attitude, high energy, and self-motivated
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Full proficiency in product offerings and service solutions
Flexible and adaptable to change and business needs
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM tools
Willingness to spend time in both office and field environments, including door-to-door outreach and customer visits
Note: This position includes a combination of office-based and field work. Candidates must be comfortable spending extended periods on the phone and occasionally traveling locally for customer interactions and lead generation efforts.
