High school diploma or GED
8+ years of residential carpentry experience (new builds and/or remodels)
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques
Knowledge of building codes, blueprints, and layout procedures
Ability to work at heights, in varying weather conditions, and lift 50+ pounds
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Construct, install, and repair framing, walls, floors, doors, windows, cabinets, staircases, and other wooden structures in residential homes & light commercial buildings
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans
Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials using hand and power tools
Ensure structures meet local building codes and safety regulations
Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup as needed
Collaborate with other trades (electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc.) on job sites
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
