Game changer in the home service industry, is hiring a Licensed Journeyman Plumber in Southlake, TX.
This is a full-time, no nights, no weekends role servicing residential customers in a local route radius..

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Licensing
● Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License
● Valid Texas Driver’s License
● Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years)

Technical Skills
● Residential service plumbing proficiency in:Diagnose, repair, and install
○ Drain clearing and diagnostics
○ Water line repairs/replacements
○ Gas line installation and pressure testing
○ Fixture installations (toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.) Water heater installs (tank/tankless)

● Code knowledge: Familiar with IRC/Texas plumbing code for Tarrant County
● Ability to work independently in occupied residential homes with care and professionalism

Technology & Systems
● Comfortable using tablets/iPads
● Experience (or strong willingness to learn) ServiceTitan
● Familiar with digital estimates, invoicing, customer notes, and inventory logging

Customer Experience
● Friendly, respectful, and confident verbal communication
● Knows how to build trust quickly with homeowners (especially female heads-of-household)
● Can clearly explain technical issues in plain language
● Experience working in high-value homes or premium service settings is a plus
● 5-star service mindset — focused on reputation, referrals, and retention

Cleanliness & Presentation
● Maintains a clean-cut appearance: uniform, grooming, hygiene
● Treats home environments with respect (boot covers, cleanup, protective measures)

Experience Required:
● Minimum of 2 years of hands-on residential service experience as a licensed journeyman
Texas Journeyman Plumber License issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE)
