Licensed Journeyman Plumber – Southlake, TX

A leader in the home service industry is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Southlake, TX. This is a full-time position with no nights and no weekends required, serving residential customers within a local service radius.

We are looking for a plumbing professional who takes pride in their craft, delivers 5-star service, and values a clean, organized, and respectful approach to working in customers’ homes.

Key Qualifications

• Licensing & Credentials

  • Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License (TSBPE)

  • Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years)

• Technical Expertise

  • Skilled in residential service plumbing:

    • Diagnosing, repairing, and installing systems

    • Drain clearing and diagnostics

    • Water line repairs and replacements

    • Gas line installation and pressure testing

    • Fixture installations (toilets, faucets, disposals, etc.)

    • Tank and tankless water heater installations

  • Knowledge of Texas plumbing code (IRC/Tarrant County)

  • Ability to work independently in occupied homes with professionalism

• Technology & Systems

  • Comfortable using tablets/iPads

  • Experience (or strong interest) with ServiceTitan

  • Familiar with digital estimates, invoicing, and job documentation

• Customer Service

  • Strong verbal communication skills; able to explain technical issues in plain language

  • Builds trust quickly and provides a premium customer experience

  • Experience working in high-value homes a plus

  • Focused on reputation, referrals, and long-term customer relationships

Experience Required
