Key Skills and Qualifications:
Overall
● Perform residential plumbing service i.e. installs, diagnostics, and repairs
● Pull permits and ensure compliance with Texas code
● Mentor and team player to Journeymen/Junior Techs
● Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record

Technology & Systems
● Comfortable using iPad
● Experience (or strong willingness to learn) ServiceTitan
● Familiar with digital estimates, invoicing, customer notes, and inventory logging

Customer Experience
● Friendly, respectful, and confident verbal communication
● Knows how to build trust quickly with homeowners (especially female heads-of-household)
● Can clearly explain technical issues in plain language
● Experience working in high-value homes or premium service settings is a plus
● 5-star service mindset — focused on reputation, referrals, and retention

Cleanliness & Presentation
● Maintains a clean-cut appearance: uniform, grooming, hygiene
● Treats home environments with respect (boot covers, cleanup, protective measures)
● Keeps van organized and stocked at all times
● Takes personal pride in work quality and neatness
Soft Skills & Culture Fit
● Positive, can-do attitude
● Coachable and open to feedback
● Willing to contribute to team success (not just self)
● Strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability

Experience Required:
● 7-10 years in the trade but ideally

• 5+ years licensed Journeyman experience
• 2+ years active Master license preferred

● Bonus if you’ve led crews, pulled permits, and interacted with inspectors in our local municipalities (Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, etc.)
