What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation.

• Creativity, curiosity, and a drive to push the boundaries of what’s possible in automation.
