Job Title: Lead Glazier Technician

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Glazier Technician to join our team on a permanent basis. This role involves installing and upgrading glass products such as shower doors, mirrors, and railings, while providing on-site customer support and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Install and upgrade various glass products.
- Provide on-site customer support.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with installation codes and standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field.
- Working knowledge of glass installation equipment, grades of glass, framework, and hardware.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints preferred.
- Physical stamina for demanding work conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule with potential travel.
- Experience in construction or custom glasswork is strongly preferred.
- Energetic, charismatic, self-motivated, and dependable.
