Strong knowledge of insulation materials (fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose) and installation.
Familiarity with OSHA/safety protocols and CRM software (e.g., Workiz).
Excellent communication and team-building skills.
Valid driver’s license with clean record; flexible for evenings/weekends.
Preferred: CSIA certification or HVAC trade experience.
Lift 50+ lbs; climb ladders/attics/crawl spaces; work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.
