We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service and Selling Technician to join our team in Kernersville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
• Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients on HVAC system upgrades and replacements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide sales presentations to homeowners, highlighting the benefits of new HVAC systems and services.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, installations, and sales transactions.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Sales experience and the ability to convert leads into sales.-

• HVAC certification is preferred.
