Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team at a small, responsive electrical contracting company. This multifaceted role requires an energetic, flexible individual who is ready to tackle diverse responsibilities and go above and beyond to meet customer needs, including problem-solving outside normal business hours.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
Prepare accurate electrical estimates and contribute to electrical design processes.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and satisfaction.
Manage purchasing, financial analysis, and resource allocation for projects.
Perform field work as needed and participate in site and management meetings.
Foster positive employee relations and assist in recruiting skilled electricians.
Execute additional tasks as directed by supervisors to support company goals.
Qualifications
3+ years of electrical project management experience, preferably in commercial and industrial settings.
Knowledge of the Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, and Delaware Valley construction markets.
Consideration for superintendents looking to transition into project management.
Proficiency in:
- Accubid
- Procore
- Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt to varying needs.

Salary Range: $75,000–$140,000, based on experience.
