We’re a family-owned company in Chesapeake, VA looking for a skilled Diesel / Heavy Equipment Mechanic to keep our fleet and industrial machinery running strong — from refuse trucks to street sweepers and other heavy-duty vehicles. �� What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components

• Keep heavy-duty trucks and industrial machinery running safely and efficiently

• Troubleshoot and service refuse trucks, sweepers, and other fleet equipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Work alongside a dependable, safety-driven team that values your expertise

�� What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Diesel, Heavy Equipment, or Industrial Mechanic

• Solid knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems

• CDL license a plus (we’ll help you earn one!)

• Your own tools and a strong mechanical aptitude

• Positive attitude, great work ethic, and a team-first mindset
