You’ll be the face of the company, delivering top-tier in-home repair services for major appliances—while getting the support, pay, and career development you deserve.
Travel to customer homes to diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, washers, and dryers
Use tools like multi-meters and diagnostic equipment to evaluate electrical and mechanical issues
Respectfully work inside customers’ homes, ensuring cleanliness and professionalism
Communicate clearly with customers about the problem, solution, pricing, and next steps
Track service visits, repair status, and parts orders using job tracking software
Research repair processes and parts using technical resources
Suggest and explain additional services such as preventive maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, or appliance protection plans
Experience in in-home appliance repair for a wide range of appliances
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Clean background and drug screening
Strong customer service and communication skills
Tech-savvy and able to learn job tracking software and technical research tools
