�� What You’ll Be Doing:

• Travel to customer homes to diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, washers, and dryers

• Use tools like multi-meters and diagnostic equipment to evaluate electrical and mechanical issues

• Respectfully work inside customers’ homes, ensuring cleanliness and professionalism

• Communicate clearly with customers about the problem, solution, pricing, and next steps

• Track service visits, repair status, and parts orders using job tracking software

• Research repair processes and parts using technical resources

• Suggest and explain additional services such as preventive maintenance, dryer vent cleaning, or appliance protection plans

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Experience in in-home appliance repair for a wide range of appliances

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Clean background and drug screening

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Tech-savvy and able to learn job tracking software and technical research tools
