Dispatcher – Service & Scheduling

Full-Time | $50,000–$65,000 per year + Benefits

A well-established commercial HVAC and refrigeration service company is looking to bring on an experienced Dispatcher to support field operations. This role is key to keeping service calls organized, technicians scheduled efficiently, and customers well taken care of.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and understands how to manage both people and logistics effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians for repairs and preventative maintenance

• Coordinate with customers to align job timing with their availability

• Prioritize jobs based on urgency, technician skillset, and location

• Work within dispatching and quoting platforms such as ServiceTrade, ServiceTitan, or BuildOps

• Communicate job details and updates to both technicians and customers

• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed

• Keep accurate records of service work, schedules, and technician availability

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service, ideally within the HVAC, plumbing, or skilled trades industries

• Experience using dispatch and quoting software such as ServiceTrade, ServiceTitan, or BuildOps

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in a fast-moving service environment

• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $50,000–$65,000, depending on experience
