Reconstruction Project Manager
Location: Fort Myers Florida
Full-Time | $65,000 DOE + Benefits

Lead day-to-day operations of reconstruction projects, working closely with District and Operations Managers to ensure project quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Oversee evaluation, estimating, budgeting, project timelines, and walk property owners through expectations.
Manage subcontractors, scheduling, project timelines, and project budgets to ensure timely, on-budget completion.
Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships to ensure smooth, efficient project execution.
Read, understand, and modify Xactimate estimates as well as traditional construction estimates across multiple trades.
Monitor project progress by tracking labor hours, material costs, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Assess project needs and allocate resources appropriately, establishing priorities and adjusting schedules as necessary.
Resolve project and personnel issues quickly and effectively by analyzing data, identifying solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain detailed records and performance reports for operational review and continuous improvement.
Deliver outstanding customer service and communication throughout each project lifecycle.
Other duties as assigned.
Required: Project management experience overseeing commercial or residential properties impacted by water, fire, or mold.
Required: Strong proficiency with Xactimate estimating software.
Preferred experience with Symbility estimating software.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work safely and follow company safety standards and procedures.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to successfully pass a background check (subject to applicable laws).
IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
Time management, organization, and attention to detail.
