Propane Service Technician – Bethel, CT
Pay: $40–$48/hour (based on experience) + annual bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
On-Call: Rotating schedule with $150 weekly stipend + OT pay

What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LP gas systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers

• Set tanks, run gas lines, and repair propane systems and appliances

• Occasionally deliver LP fuel to local clients

• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code

• Perform vehicle inspections and complete daily documentation

• Provide excellent customer service and communication

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Participate in the rotating on-call emergency schedule (OT starts from the moment you leave the office)

What You Bring

• Class B CDL with Hazmat (H) and Tank (N) or combined X endorsement (air brakes required)

• G-2 Journeyperson or G-1 Contractor license

• 2+ years of experience in propane/gas service or related skilled trades

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Physically able to lift 75 lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions

• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
