We are hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing residential service team in the Boynton Beach / Palm Beach County area.

What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll handle a variety of residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work, including:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing issues

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment

• Service water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, piping, drains, and related systems

• Identify plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing layouts when needed

• Ensure work meets applicable Florida plumbing codes and safety standards

• Clearly explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners

• Prepare accurate estimates and maintain service documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Respond to emergency or after-hours service calls when required

What We're Looking For

• Florida Journeyman Plumber license

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

• Knowledge of Florida plumbing codes and industry best practices

• Experience working with residential plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related systems

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
