What You’ll Do:
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and replacements for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Handle routine preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
- Communicate with customers and dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and updates
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked company vehicle with all necessary tools and safety equipment
- Accurately collect payments and follow company pricing standards
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours service requests
- Use HouseCall Pro software (training provided if needed)
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience (required)
- EPA Certification (preferred, but not required)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Own basic hand tools and trade tools (gauges, vac, refrigerant scale, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Must be fluent in English
- Reside within 30 minutes of our North Port office
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Lift heavy equipment and parts as needed
- Work in various conditions including heat, confined spaces, rooftops, and ladders

- Monday–Friday
