Job Title: Residential HVAC Installer (Helper Level)

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined HVAC Installer Helper to join a residential HVAC team in Lawton, OK. This is a great opportunity for someone who has some hands-on HVAC experience and is looking to continue learning the trade. The company is willing to help the right candidate get their apprenticeship license and grow within the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist lead HVAC installers with residential system installations (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)

• Handle tools, materials, and equipment needed on job sites

• Perform basic ductwork, wiring, and system prep under supervision

• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe

• Learn and follow local HVAC codes and safety regulations

• Support the team with troubleshooting and repairs as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous hands-on HVAC experience required (this is not an entry-level helper role)

• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Willingness to get an apprenticeship license with company support
