What You’ll Be Doing

• Service and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose issues and deliver honest, effective solutions—no high-pressure upselling.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures to ensure top-quality work.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Typically 4+ years in HVAC or a related trade (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Licensing: ND Mechanical License, or the experience needed to qualify—we’ll cover the exam cost.
• Certifications: EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain it).
• Skills: Strong communication, a clean driving record, and a customer-first mindset.
• Mindset: Driven, adaptable, and eager to keep learning and growing.
