Compensation: base salary + uncapped commissions & bonuses

• Source and recruit top talent for trade industries across the USA
• Build strong relationships with recruits and clients, ensuring their needs are met
• Collaborate as a team player to achieve recruitment goals
• Maintain integrity and do the right thing for our recruits and clients
• Contribute to a positive, productive, and growth-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• People Person: Comfortable engaging with diverse individuals
• Experience in the trade industry (preferred)
• Sales and marketing experience
• Previous recruiting experience (a plus, but not required)
• Exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
