RCS Staffing has an immediate need for an NDE Automated UT Level III in Lynchburg, VA or Remote. This is a full-time direct-hire Office Based/Remote assignment with our client. This position offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays.

As an NDE Automated UT Level III YOU will:

· Install, troubleshoot, assemble and disassemble, repair and maintain tooling and equipment at plant sites; may include equipment associated with refueling, inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components
· Conduct routine and non-routine tasks, operate specialized equipment, take measurements, extract and compile data regarding equipment and process performance; collate data on task and outage performance
· Develop calculations, tables, reports and related data; maintain maintenance logs and certification documents
· Develop maintenance procedures, problem reports, field schedules, and task close out reports, as needed
· Participate in planning and executing projects; assist in preparation of proposal and procurement documents
· Provide input to training materials and conduct training, as needed
· Comply with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance
· Work flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service
· Travel extensively to a variety of regional and remote job sites
· Obtain and maintain unescorted nuclear site access

YOU are the ideal NDE Automated UT Level III candidate if you have:

· High School diploma or equivalent education
· Minimum of 10 years of related experience and NDE Technician III requisites (required)
· NDE Technician III requisites met: Tool Technician - Must gain two additional tool technician certs and be an Assistant System Lead for a tool system; Operator - Must have 7 operator certifications and become an NDE Technician Level I in the primary discipline that is used to acquire data; NDE Technician - Must record all experience gained and become Level I in at least 2 disciplines and Level II in 1 discipline; Leadership - should have demonstrated leadership experience or training
· Advanced knowledge of commonly used equipment, practices, procedures and concepts in a particular field
· Knowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs
· Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, convey detailed technical data and work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers
· Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as required
· Willingness to travel extensively to regional and remote job sites

It's a BONUS if you have:

· Specific nuclear reactor plant maintenance qualification training and certification
· Additional NDE certifications beyond minimum requirements
· Experience with multiple nuclear plant sites
· Advanced leadership training or certifications
· Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and regulations
