RCS Staffing has an immediate need for an Ultrasonic Testing Development Program Manager in Lynchburg, VA or Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time direct-hire Office Based/Remote assignment with our client. This position offers a competitive package including benefits, vacation and holidays.

As an Ultrasonic Testing Development Program Manager YOU will:

· Ensure effective performance on moderately complex to complex technical assignments
· Plan and direct the timely execution of technical activities within assigned cost center(s)
· Ensure projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards
· Develop and/or administer organization engineering standards and procedures for the group
· Provide goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members
· Ensure development and training of team members to optimize task results
· Work interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships
· Research and assess best practices, proposing methods and improvements
· Work on special projects, as directed

YOU are the ideal Ultrasonic Testing Development Program Manager candidate if you have:

· Bachelor's Degree in related field
· Minimum of 10 years related technical experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
· Advanced knowledge of related technical standards, techniques and criteria
· Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required
· Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment
· Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills
· Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates
· Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills

It's a BONUS if you have:

· Nuclear industry experience
· Ultrasonic testing certifications
· Project management certifications
· Experience with nuclear standards and regulations
