RCS Staffing has an immediate need for an Electrical Construction Manager in Reno, NV. This is a full-time contract hire position with our client, supporting high-voltage electric transmission projects. Relocation assistance and a travel per diem are available.
Overview of YOUR role as an Electrical Construction Manager:
In this role, you will oversee the construction and management of high-voltage electric transmission projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will provide leadership to project teams, coordinate resources, and maintain compliance with all project requirements.
As an Electrical Construction Manager YOU will:
• Supervise and manage the construction of electric transmission projects
• Oversee overall project management, including schedules, budgets, and resources
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and high-voltage construction protocols
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success
YOU are the ideal Electrical Construction Manager candidate if you have:
• At least 7 years of experience in electric transmission construction management
• Experience in extreme high-voltage projects
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
It’s a BONUS if you have:
• Experience working in Northern Nevada or similar environments
• Advanced knowledge of transmission project regulations and standards
• Prior experience with contract-to-hire project roles
