Responsible for leading production teams and technicians, overseeing daily manufacturing operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring production and financial targets are met.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures.

• Leadership experience in coaching, training, team development, and conflict resolution.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Union employee relations experience is an asset.
