Field Sales Representative

Locations: Major cities across Ontario

Compensation

• Starting at $25/hour
• Paid biweekly
• Higher of hourly pay or eligible commission
• Additional commissions, performance bonuses, and partial fuel reimbursement

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Field-based, on-the-road role

Responsibilities

• Prospect and visit restaurants within assigned territories
• Acquire new customers and help them register and place their first order
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and account support
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs
• Maintain accurate sales and activity records
• Meet daily and biweekly customer acquisition targets

Performance Expectations

• Visit a minimum of 25 prospective restaurants per day
• Acquire at least 8 new customers every two weeks

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching new people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong presentation, relationship-building, and sales skills
• Previous field sales, door-to-door sales, customer service, or restaurant experience is an asset
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle required
