Business Development Manager
Remote | New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, and Illinois| Travel Required
About the Opportunity
ProspectBlue has partnered with a growing litigation support and trial consulting organization to identify a Business Development Manager who will drive new business growth across the United States. Our client serves trial attorneys and litigation teams nationwide, operating across two affiliated business lines that support attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle — from early case evaluation through courtroom execution. Their services span jury research, mock trials, focus groups, surveys, trial presentation technology, courtroom trial support, and hot-seat/trial technician services.
This role focuses on developing relationships with trial attorneys and litigation teams, with particular focus in New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, and Illinois. It's a true hunter role for a high-performing sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing business. The Business Development Manager will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach through consultation, relationship development, and close — while serving as a strategic partner to attorneys navigating high-stakes litigation.
The ideal candidate brings both business development ability and firsthand exposure to the litigation or trial support environment, allowing them to build immediate credibility with attorneys and legal teams. This individual is energetic, highly self-motivated, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating independently while collaborating closely with leadership and operations.
