Job Description

About the Opportunity

Our client is a leading provider of trial presentation and litigation support services, helping top attorneys and law firms win their biggest cases with courtroom technology, "hot seat" trial support, and in-trial exhibit management. They're a category leader in legal visual and trial services — and they're growing.

We're looking for a natural-born salesperson who thrives on competition, builds trust fast, and knows how to open doors with high-level legal professionals. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build out a brand-new service line within an established, respected company.

This is not a cold-calling, behind-a-desk job. You'll be out building relationships — face-to-face and virtually — with the top attorneys and law firms in your region, owning your territory and growing your pipeline.

What You'll Do

Own your region and grow it like it's your own business.
Prospect creatively — through travel, networking, conferences, referrals, and smart outreach.
Build and nurture relationships with attorneys, legal teams, and litigation support staff.
Sell trial services offerings: in-courtroom "hot seat" technical support, trial presentation, and war-room support for active litigation.
Use CRM to track, manage, and grow your pipeline with discipline and accuracy.
Deliver presentations that show how trial services help win cases.
Travel roughly 2 weeks per month (mix of day and overnight trips) for client meetings, trials, and industry events.
Collaborate with internal trial consultants and technical teams to ensure flawless delivery.
Follow up with clients post-trial to lock in loyalty and referral business.
Develop deep knowledge of the full suite of trial services, products, and markets.
Gather case information and documentation from clients who bring new business.

What We're Looking For

4–6 years of proven sales success (any industry/channel — B2B, tech, services, door-to-door, etc.).
Experience in legal or litigation support strongly preferred.
Big energy, big ambition, and confidence engaging high-level professionals.
A drive to hit — and beat — your numbers.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and self-manage a territory.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
