Job Description

ProspectBlue is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Specialist to own certified payroll reporting, prevailing wage compliance, and subcontractor pay processing across active construction projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Reviewing Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations and requesting any missing wages from contract documentation
• Completing and submitting Certified Payroll Reports, including working with subcontractors to gather their reports for project owners
• Entering project payroll into OCIP/CIP portals weekly and maintaining records for insurance audits
• Keying weekly subcontractor pay in Acumatica, processing deductions, and auditing with Project Managers
• Coding and entering vendor invoices into Acumatica accurately and on deadline

What we're looking for:

• Experience with certified payroll, prevailing wage, or construction compliance
• Familiarity with Acumatica or similar ERP systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with payroll, project teams, and subcontractors
