You don’t need prior insurance law experience — just your law degree, an active license in any US jurisdiction, and interest to learn. This is a fantastic career opportunity for lawyers interested in specialty insurance to gain hands-on training and mentorship in insurance law, claims management, and risk evaluation — all while working side-by-side with seasoned legal and claims professionals. What You’ll Do

• Learn how to manage specialty insurance claims from start to finish
• Review insurance policies and understand coverage issues
• Collaborate with outside counsel and help move cases toward resolution
• Take part in settlement discussions and mediations
• Communicate with insureds and internal stakeholders to keep claims on track

What You Bring

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Active law license (in good standing) in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong analytical, writing, negotiating, and communication skills
• A desire to learn about insurance, litigation strategy, and risk management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, in-office environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
