Job Description


ProspectBlue is seeking an experienced Freelance Graphic & Digital Designer to provide high-impact support during a period of increased demand. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a designer who can quickly plug into an established brand system, collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams, and deliver polished work across digital and print channels with minimal ramp-up time. This is a fully remote, 8-week contract engagement.

The ideal candidate brings strong design judgment, speed, and craftsmanship—someone who can independently own deliverables while staying aligned with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and business priorities.

What You’ll Do

Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels, including web, email, presentations, campaigns, internal communications, and marketing materials
Translate creative briefs and business objectives into clear, compelling design solutions within established brand guidelines
Partner with marketing, content, and creative stakeholders to execute concepts efficiently and accurately
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail
Adapt and evolve templates and design systems while ensuring brand consistency
Apply accessibility best practices across all deliverables
Communicate clearly and proactively on timelines, progress, and dependencies

What You Bring

7–10 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience designing for digital platforms (web, email, presentations, campaigns), with an understanding of usability and performance
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently, incorporate feedback quickly, and iterate efficiently
Experience working within established brand systems and templates
Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams in an in-house or agency environment
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

In-house marketing or enterprise brand experience
Familiarity with WCAG/accessibility standards
Experience supporting distributed or offshore teams

Additional Details

This is a delivery-focused role with no people management responsibilities
Engagement length and weekly hours may vary based on business needs
Designer is expected to use their own licensed tools and work within provided brand systems and templates
