Job Description

ProspectBlue seeks a Sales Director to lead community census growth by building referral relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and driving move-ins for independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Partner closely with the Executive Director and community team to maintain a stellar reputation and strong occupancy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field or 2+ years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of the long-term care industry
  • Genuine passion for serving seniors and families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, conduct tours, and close sales to meet census and revenue goals
  • Manage all inquiries (walk-ins, phone, web) promptly and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Build and maintain an active referral network with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations
  • Develop and execute Quarterly Revenue Plans including events, lead generation strategies, and move-in initiatives
  • Coordinate admissions with the Executive Director and Resident Care Director
  • Represent the community at trade shows and local events
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and quality improvement efforts
  • Uphold confidentiality and comply with all company policies
