Senior Property Manager
Blacksburg, VA

ProspectBlue is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a client in the Blacksburg area. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a property portfolio while working closely with leadership to ensure properties operate efficiently and deliver a high level of service to tenants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of properties
• Manage operating budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting
• Prepare and manage CAM budgets and reconciliations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors
• Coordinate vendor services, contract negotiations, and bidding processes
• Oversee property maintenance and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, policies, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and expense management
• Experience coordinating vendors and overseeing maintenance projects
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
