- Investigate incidents by collecting statements, reviewing documentation, and coordinating site visits
- Ensure timely submission and accurate documentation throughout the claim lifecycle
Safety & Compliance
- Implement consistent safety standards, SOPs, and training programs across all branch locations
- Conduct regular on-site audits, lead incident investigations, and drive root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulations
- Collaborate with HR on workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
- Deliver and coordinate safety training across branches (forklift, load securement, PPE, emergency response, etc.)
- Track and report on safety KPIs and trend data to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For

- Ability to interpret contracts, insurance certificates, and regulatory documents
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly
Preferred
- Bachelor's in Risk Management, Occupational Safety, or related field
- Certifications: CPCU, ARM, CSP, CHST, OHST, or ASP
- Experience with heavy material handling operations
