ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable law firm in Richmond, Virginia to find an Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Virginia law license in good standing, and strong oral and written communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• Screen potential clients
• Investigate claims and gather evidence
• Document injuries and expenses
• Calculate damages
• Interview witnesses
• Review medical records
• Draft pleadings and motions
• Represent clients through trial
• Counsel clients throughout the claims process
• Advocate for clients against insurance companies and throughout the legal process

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience practicing personal injury law
• Active Virginia law license in good standing
• Prior experience practicing in the State of Virginia
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Highly organized and analytical
• Strong relationship-building and client-facing abilities
• High levels of empathy and patience
• A genuine desire to help people and solve problems
• Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury legislation and regulation

 Compensation for this role starts at $90,000 + bonuses and increases based on experience.
