Job Description

We're seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead our environmental, health, and safety programs in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS systems ensuring compliance with OSHA and federal/state/municipal regulations
• Conduct workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective/preventative measures
• Design and deliver safety training programs and manage contractor safety
• Develop and execute annual safety and environmental improvement initiatives
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, including evacuation drills and safety equipment inspections
• Manage environmental compliance activities and EHS capital budget requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate EHS requirements throughout operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety requirements
• Relevant EHS certifications and licenses
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to influence and drive safety culture across all organizational levels
