The Director of Deposit Services leads the strategy and execution of deposit growth across the branch network. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive deposit performance, enhance customer experience, and ensure consistent execution across all deposit products and channels.
This leader balances strategic planning with hands-on field execution, holding branches accountable for growth while maintaining strong operational discipline and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute deposit growth strategies, pricing initiatives, and campaigns.
Lead and oversee branch performance related to deposits, customer experience, and sales execution.
Analyze deposit trends, competitive dynamics, and performance metrics to inform strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, relationship-driven customer experience.
Represent the bank in client meetings, networking events, and community outreach.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Coach and develop branch leaders, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven success driving deposit growth through branch-based execution.
Strong knowledge of deposit products, pricing, and relationship profitability.
Experience leading managers and influencing cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
8–10+ years of banking experience with a focus on deposits, branch leadership, or retail/commercial banking.
