ProspectBlue is partnering with a growing financial institution to hire a Director of Human Resources (Senior Human Resources Officer). This role is ideal for a seasoned HR leader who excels in operational HR, compliance, documentation, and employee relations—and who brings maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment to a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, HRIS/ATS, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and banking regulatory expectations
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and standardize the interview/hiring process
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations, investigations, and performance support
• Provide clear, timely updates to the CEO and execute leadership directives with precision
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in HR or related field
• 7+ years progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and discretion
• Banking or other regulated industry experience preferred
