Job Description
ProspectBlue is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead global marketing strategy, drive digital growth, and strengthen a brand presence.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role oversees digital marketing, product management, pricing strategy, contract management, and eCommerce.
You’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product development to accelerate growth and reinforce our position as an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets
- Lead brand strategy, messaging, and creative execution across all channels
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and social engagement
- Manage and optimize the eCommerce platform for improved user experience and sales conversion
- Guide product management and go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Establish competitive pricing strategies and manage contract terms and renewals
- Build a cohesive, data-driven marketing team and partner network
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or radiation protection
- Proven success in digital marketing and eCommerce within B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C environments
- Strong background in pricing, product lifecycle, and contract management
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills
