Job Description
ProspectBlue is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote position, but you must live in the San Francisco area to effectively manage and grow customer relationships within the territory. In this role, you’ll drive sales growth, build strong partnerships with healthcare providers, and represent industry-leading medical products.
What You’ll Do
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with healthcare providers and institutions
- Conduct 10–12 high-quality sales calls each week with new and existing accounts
- Present new products, programs, and marketing initiatives
- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and price quotations
- Deliver customer education sessions, product demonstrations, and training seminars
- Partner with customers to solve challenges and ensure satisfaction
- Attend sales meetings, product training, and industry trade shows
- Travel locally (and occasionally overnight) to meet clients face-to-face
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR proven success in sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage in a high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (product demos and trade show setup)
- A motivated, solutions-driven professional ready to grow with us
- Medical device sales experience
