ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable company in Richmond, Virginia and is seeking an Operations Recruiting Coordinator. This is a full time direct hire position. In office. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience and has a strong attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support by performing, organizing, coordinating, and expediting highly critical and sensitive tasks, initiatives, and special projects in collaboration with the Head of Operations Recruiting
• Coordinates and executes interview schedules for Business Operations and Talent hiring processes
• First and second round interview scheduling/coordination with appropriate internal team
• Logistics coordination pre-interviews and day-of interview coordination
• Management of candidate communications and confirmation emails
• Collects feedback; schedules and participates in feedback de-brief sessions
• Calendar management/support for the Head of Operations Recruiting
• Maintains iCIMs candidate database
• Manages job postings and reviews resumes for candidates applying for assistant/coordinator roles, in partnership with the Head of Operations Recruiting
• Conducts pre-screening/introductory calls with candidates applying for assistant/coordinator roles, in partnership with the Head of Operations Recruiting
• Builds relationships with external recruiters
• Supports key marketing strategies, including: job postings via Workday. LinkedIn job postings, campaigns, and ads, On-campus presence and events, Job descriptions across Business Operations and Talent Departments
• Provides on-boarding support as-needed
• Workday support
Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Interest in pursuing a career in recruiting or talent management
• Ability to interact effectively with management at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and research techniques
• Organized, detail oriented, and diligent with the ability to meet deadlines and execute efficiently
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Self-driven but collaborative approach that builds interpersonal networks
• Curious mindset that proactively identifies opportunity areas and directs resources towards continuous improvement
