Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our client's Finance team and support the daily operations that keep our firm running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Review and approve expense reports in line with firm policy
✔️ Maintain and update our employee expense reimbursement platform
✔️ Serve as a primary point of contact for expense-related support
✔️ Manage correspondence with internal teams and vendors
✔️ Process and review invoices within the procurement system
✔️ Identify and correct potential coding errors before integration
✔️ Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
✔️ Support finance-related research and special projects
