  • Maintain and enhance executive-level reports and presentations to inform business strategy.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Extensive experience with private investment operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

  • Strong executive presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated success in building relationships and delivering actionable solutions.

  • Proven ability to manage complex financial structures across multiple entities.

  • Expertise in GAAP, real estate development finance, and investment analysis.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and financial software systems.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and maintain confidentiality.

  • High ethical standards, a commitment to excellence, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.

  • Advanced degree or certification (CPA, CFA, MBA, CMA, FMVA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on operational management, real estate investment, and strategic planning.

  • At least 3 years of experience working directly with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
