As a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a crucial support for our Supply Chain Supervisors and department operations. From managing purchase orders to monitoring inventory accuracy, you’ll help drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. Administrative Support: Provide essential support to Supply Chain Supervisors, including data entry, organizing procurement documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Purchase Order Management: Assist in creating, tracking, and updating purchase orders to ensure seamless procurement operations.
Inventory Support: Help monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring system records are current.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to track shipments, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any order discrepancies.
Reporting: Compile supply chain reports, track inventory metrics, and assist with data analysis to support informed decision-making.
Compliance & Logistics: Assist with logistics and freight coordination, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Care and Production teams to ensure effective communication, problem-solving, and smooth order fulfillment.
Organizational Skills: You’ll need to manage multiple tasks and keep operations on track. Strong organization is essential!
Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key when handling purchase orders, inventory, and vendor communications.
Tech Proficiency: Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Team Player: Collaboration is central to success in this role, as you’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors.
Experience: 2+ years in an administrative role; supply chain, logistics, or procurement experience is a bonus!
