Position Overview – Sales Account Manager: As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth in a designated territory. You’ll focus on cultivating and expanding relationships with manufacturing companies that rely on chemical products for their production needs. In this role, you will:
Open new accounts and increase business with existing clients.
Manage pricing and margins to meet sales and profitability goals.
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with leadership to meet annual sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication.
What We’re Looking For:
A motivated and results-driven professional with a proven team-oriented mindset.
1–3 years of experience in chemical sales (preferably with a distributor or manufacturer).
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with CRM proficiency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Work Environment & Travel: This role offers a blend of office and home-office work with 20%-40% travel.
