ProspectBlue has partnered with a law firm in Richmond, Virginia and is seeking a Mass Tort Attorney. This is a full time remote position.  The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience and an active license to practice in the State of Virginia. The Mass Tort Attorney will be responsible for all aspects of a mass tort claim, including client relations; mediations; arbitrations; motions; trials; and oral and written advocacy while interpreting laws, rules, and regulations for clients. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Mass Tort cases from inception to resolution. You will work closely with our team of Attorneys and legal professionals to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
